Nancy was our realtor 7. 5 years ago when we were going through the process of buying our first home. As anyone knows buying a home is such an involved process, my husband and I are thankful to have Nancy help is through it. As first time home buyers, we would often get blinded by fancy updates in homes we went to see. Nancy was very realistic with our budget and insightful. She would pay attention to the small details and point out any possible hidden costs / updates needed that we would tend to overlook as new buyers. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Any questions we had she was happy to assist. We are now ready to start the home buying process again and we wouldn't imagine working with anyone else.

Nancy was incredible helping us in the purchase of our new home. We were considered her poster children due to the fact that we went through every possible scenario. Foreclosure, short sale, FHA, private sale....you name it we tried it. In the end, we found our perfect house and couldnt be happier with how Nancy helped us along the way.
