John replaced my water heater and repaired my furnace - work was done efficiently and reasonably priced and he even managed to get the water heater replaced by the manufacturer as he knew the brand offered a lifetime warranty. He returned after the work was completed following-up to ensure that the water temperature was comfortable and to check on the operation of new equipment. All work was explained in detail and damaged parts were shown. Highly recommended!

Applause, applause for the wonderful job John Donovan did replacing my entire heating system in 2017. I interviewed 3 firms for the job and John was honest and fair in explaining everything to me. His work was impeccable and his manner professional and yet he is an easy person to talk with . As the work progressed he answered all my questions with total clarity and patience. He was prompt in arriving each day and completed all the paperwork necessary for me to finalize the MA SAVE LOAN that i qualified for from the Enterprise Bank. I have the highest praise for the job he did and have had no problems through the years...and now it is December 2023! Call on John for your plumbing and heating needs.. He is truly a MASTER ! John was fantastic he did everything so quickly perfectly works better than it ever has was a fantastic deal and my mom loved having him in the house. Loves the brand new Kohler faucet.
