Tony installed a new faucet and connected the dishwasher as part of our kitchen remodel. He did the disconnect first. He communicated well and honored his commitments and did excellent work. He also replaced the valves on water supply under bathroom sinks. He replaced piping from basement to kitchen. Would recommend him! He does excellent work and is honest. Woke up to water in basement, found water heater leaking. Called Tony, he answered, I was expecting a voicemail etc. Send a picture of my heater, he quoted, showed up with new heater swapped it out per quote no surprises. I highly recommend. 1 man shop with great service. Not one of the large corporations. Great personal service. Service: Water heater installation

I reached out to Tony (in Salem, NH) because our house (also in Salem, NH)  had burst heating pipes due to the recent severe cold weather in the region. Tony asked that I pay him by credit card upon receiving an estimate from him which he would give me the following day and I agreed. However, Tony never showed up the next day so I called to ask if everything was okay and settled for a voicemail which he never replied to.This set me back another whole day in a house with no heat and no running water. Highly unprofessional.I'd give him 0 stars but the choices are 1-5.
