Fittness Factory is the absolute best gym in southern New Hampshire. Jon is not only a great guy but and excellent trainer. He is knowledgable on all types of fitness, a great motivator and just an all around swell guy to be around. He taught me many different techniques that I use in my workouts everyday. Don't waste time checking out any other gym in the area! GO TO FITNESS FACTORY!

I love the morning boot camps here. Also this gym is great place to not just work out but also find a better place to be healthy and become who you want to be

Never done any kind of personal training or classes before, but I am definitely enjoying it and seeing inprovements. Both the format and the instructor make it very comfortable, would recommend to anyone who was on the fence about classes or training vs just going to the gym.
