As an individual whose passion for this field and helping families motivated me to become first therapist then BCBA, I implore you to look elsewhere for clinical care or employment. The priority of this company is the large payouts from clients hours and with this being the priority, constant staff change and lack of training is highly prevalent amongst staff, both BCBA and therapist. Safety is not prioritized as should be in a clinical and in home setting which is incredibly impactful to clients and clinical teams. There are ample amounts of companies out there with wonderful leadership and company values that I highly recommend looking into instead of ABA Centers.

Caring staff works hard to help children with autism succeed. I've only worked there a short time and see how their positive, individualized approach to ABA has helped so many clients gain social skills, communication skills, self-help skills, and more. It's a great place to work if you truly care about making a difference, and it could be a great fit for your family if you're looking for services for a person with autism.
