Great massage, but customer service is lacking. I was 2 minutes late to my first appointment because of stormy weather causing traffic. The receptionist almost turned me away because I would be disrupting the 2 people who barely had time to settle in. Luckily she let me go in, but I kept thinking of how she tore into me instead of relaxing. After my massage I asked her to break a large bill for the tip and she looked at me as if I had 2 heads. Apparently, this salon does not carry cash. Luckily it worked out and I have no complaints about the actual massage with Tammy, which was exquisite. Would come again if I didn't have to interact with the front desk. I would rather deal with a robot.

Went this past weekend for the salt cave experience. I had been before but this time brought some friends who had never been so that they could experience the benefits of the salt cave. The spa itself is soothing and wasn't very busy on this early Saturday afternoon. We had to wait for the other group with reservations for the salt cave before we could go in. Upon entering the salt cave, we were given instructions of what to expect while in the salt cave and the restorative effects of the salt. We were also reminded to either shut off our phones or put them on silent so that it would be quiet while we are in the salt cave. Everyone got situated and the lights were dimmed. We were all quiet until....ladies in the other group started talking. Someone in their group told them to be quiet and they were....for a few minutes. Afterward, they started up again. Not whispering but talking in normal every day tones. Meanwhile, myself and the ladies in my group were trying to relax. It got to be too much and one of us asked them to be quiet and we enjoyed the rest of our time in the salt cave in silence, except for the machine that does run when you're in there. As the other group was leaving, one of them gave us a dirty look. I am leaving a 5 star review for the overall spa and the experience. I am not letting them detract from that experience. They should have known better to not talk.
