Disappointing experience, poor customer service, stay away if you can. I connected with them to cancel my home insurance policy, asked them whether the refund check would be mailed to the morgage company or to me. No response to that question in three responses, then when the agent finally caught up to it she told me it was mailed to my old address which I no longer have direct access to. She said I didn't mention I had new address when I asked the question, so it was my fault not hers that the check was issued to the old address. I told her I would have told her if she had answered my question on where the refund check will go. Why would I need to tell the new address if the check was going to the mortgage company?! Such a lack of owning mistakes and poor customer service. Very disappointed experience.
