Tallman Eye Associates

The people in the optical shop of Salem, NH are incredible. I know one of them is named Will, the other one is a very nice lady. My 3 year old son needed prescription glasses and was having a very hard time with cooperating. They were very patient, kind, and understanding. They also readjusted his glasses many times and eventually even ordered a new better pair that would be a better and more comfortable fit for him without charging me. They are so kind and professional. I am so thankful for all their help. They went so above and beyond to help my son.

I have been employed at Tallman Eye Associates for 5 years now. This company promotes skill building and company growth. I have had great memories made here and have developed very good relationships. Working in this fast paced office can have days of chaos, but all medical office can. I enjoy the patients and coworkers I work with. I am happy and grateful to be a part of the Tallman Eye Associates team.

I had made an appointment months in advance as I have a complicated medical history and this was the only opthamologist office in network. The day before my new patient exam, after months of waiting, I was informed that they would no longer be continuing care for patients with my insurance, and cancelled my appointment altogether. I am heartbroken, and deeply upset about this. It was hard enough to find somewhere in southern NH that takes my insurance, and to be told the day before is not only unprofessional but it is heartless. Please, treat your patients and prospective patients better in the future. But I will tell everyone I know not to go to this office.

Excellent care and thoughtful staff. Dr. Kaul is kind and a painless shot. No soreness afterwards.

Very rude appointment staff and not sure why they have appointment staff when they dont have any available appointments with any doctor until October thats 4 months out. Very disappointing.
