Im very disgusted, and disappointed. Patricia the hygienist, had a very terrible attitude. I overheard her belittling one of her own co-workers. I could hear thru the door all of the unpleasant and unprofessional things she was saying. I cant believe she isnt fired. She was bringing up her coworkers family members.

My family and I have been seeing this dentist for over 25 years. On the day of my appointment a year ago they accepted my insurance. Gave me my cleaning and had X-rays done. Then last week I get a call saying I owe the dentist office 300 dollars. Because my dental didnt go active till November and my parents insurance kicked me off in September even though I didnt turn 26 till October. They accepted my insurance during the appointment and upsold because I was told it was covered. Now I have an outstanding bill. Even though weve been long time customers this situation will have me looking elsewhere. Unprofessional to run a business like this.
