Mark did his best defending me , but the legal system for my cases favor women. The courts, prosecutors are biased to the female gender and I could have had Perry Mason as my lawyer and the results would have been the same. I like Mark and recommend him for similar cases. We lost the case but not because of his competence or abilities. We lost because the courts are biased, unfair and the judge that ruled in my case is corrupt and questionable. I have a complaint on him and I hope they get him off the NH bench soon.

I got charged with negligent driving for having snow on my roof (during a snowstorm!) and for driving after my license was suspended which i didnt even know. If i got convicted of either one i was going to be a habitual offense because I had an OUI before. Mark beat both charges for me and saved my license. I would hire him again.

I got charged with habitual offender at the DMV in Concord. They said it was because I hadtoo many convictions in the passed 5 years/ I was looking at losing my license for 4 years. Attorney Stevens figured out a way that one of my convictions was not correct and got the whole thing thrown out. I didn't lose my license at all. He definitely knew the rules and how it all works.

I needed a lawyer for my son mark told me he would go see him and let me know if he would take the case. He never went to see him and never returned my calls. Wasted valuable time that I could have use to find someone that could help me.
