        Spent 15 minutes on a phone call to schedule an appointment, showed up, and nothing was on their schedule. Business banker was booked up and said we will have to return. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else like we did

        Just got to chase at 1200pm to open a checking account. The women ask if we had an appointment and we didn't. She tried to get us to set up an appointment for next week. We said no. She then went to ask one of the 4 customer service people how much longer will she be. She said about 15 minutes. So now we are waiting. It seems like she was trying to push us out.

        Somethings always broken at this branch. 1 person behind the counter. They want everyone to use the ATM. Bro I didnt wanna come in here In the first place, never mind get in line for a teller. If I could use the ATM I wouldve.
