Lived here for 1 year in 2020. During that time both the refrigerator and the washer/ dryer unit had to be replaced! I had to put up with the people across hall being heavy users of weed. There are no outside cameras in the parking lot so when my car was damaged there was no video of it. They are expensive apartments but they are not worth the price. I would not recommend these apartments.

Been living here since 2018 . The office manager is friendly and very helpful. the apartments are also well maintained.

Good manager and maintenance folks. Summer pool is awesome. Pretty big Apartment with hot water and heat included. Clean and neat place...

Ive been living here almost for two years now. I cant say I agree negative comments. Its the nicest apartment in the Salem area. Quite and peaceful. Heat and hot water included. I gave 4 star because of the price. Its little bit expensive. But overall, our experience is great.

Overpriced, needs MAJOR updating, and I have a neighbor who screams at the top of their lungs at odd hours of the night and people hang out in the halls just talking very loudly. As residents they checked our credit scores so I can't imagine how anyone that can actually afford the place could be so ghetto.
