My fiance and I were understandably a bit nervous about starting the home-buying process for our first home. There was so much we had to learn and understanding before we felt confident making one of the biggest purchases of our lives. We had been in contact with a few different real estate agents before we landed in Hillary's hands. She was so responsive, helpful, and nice to work with we knew we had found someone who would be the best fit for us as we went through this daunting process. Hillary provided us with honest, straightforward feedback and answers to all of the questions we threw at her -- and there were plenty! It was also very helpful that she is so familiar with the seacoast area, which allowed her to provide us with some insights and analysis of the market from a perspective not only of a professional but also of a resident of the area. We have already recommended her to our friends and should we ever need to sell our house and look for a new one you can bet we'll be contacting Hillary first!
