This company is amazing. I live in Virginia and my Father lives in NH. I handle his Finances. Logan has handled two projects for my Dad, new furnace and just lately a new AC unit. I received an estimate prior to the work and each time the final bill was less than the quote. That's always a plus. Logan even sent in a rebate to my Dad's power company and we might be getting another 500.00. back.

We transferred from oil to propane and it has been great. Logan and his crew did a wonderful job. We will be installing central air sometime in the near future with Logan.

Atlantic Fuels helped us convert from Oil to Propane. They were a fantastic partner from the start. Logan and his team took time to not only understand our current needs, but also potential future needs should we plant to add more sqft to our house. They were efficient and clean in getting their work done. Logan even checked in post installation to make sure things were running smoothly and that we were happy with the switch. I would recommend them to anyone.

If you live in New England, you know nothing is more critical than your furnace. And when it goes, you quickly find out if you have the right service provider and partner. I knew my System 2000 was on its way out for the past few years. This years service indicated a leak requiring it to be shut down for fear of carbon monoxide. Being late October with temperatures dropping rapidly, no heat, no hot water and service providers booking out weeks into the future, I was between a rock and a hard place. Fortunately, weve been loyal clients of Atlantic Fuels for decades, and about to find another reason why! Nick, our technician, quickly reported back to Ashton my situation and sizing requirements that day. I spoke with Ashton shortly thereafter and my new BOSCH Buderus with Riello burner was ordered the very next day. Nick, Ashton and Julie reworked their schedule to fit in my emergency replacement. Three days later I was up and running with the best furnace and burner on the market, and an impeccable installation. They even upgraded the heating oil supply line to provide the new unit with the correct flow rate. Julie kept me updated throughout the entire process of appointments and progress. My experience over all these years with Atlantic Fuels has been nothing less than 5 Star. Youd be a fool to trust the most critical system in your home to anyone else!

I had been purchasing my heating oil from Atlantic Fuels for over 10 years. In 2017 the business was sold, and they started servicing heating systems. I have been having my furnace serviced by Atlantic Fuels since 2019. My furnace was working fine, I called to schedule a cleaning and I asked for a specific technician. We picked a day he was available, and they scheduled him to come. On the day of the cleaning, it was a different technician. When I said I was expecting another technician I was told they do not guarantee specific technicians. Short version, the technician calls me down to the furnace and tells me that a safety feature on a part isnt working. He did not ask me if he could swap it out, he was telling me he was doing it. I asked how much it cost. He said he wasnt sure, but it wasnt an expensive part. When I received the invoice, I was charged $200.63 for the part, which can be purchased from reputable distributors for $110 which I do not consider inexpensive. In addition, I was charged $36 in labor for a part swap that took less than 15 minutes, I was there. I wrote to them and heard back from Ashton Ricard their service manager who was dismissive and condescending. I will not using Atlantic Fuels or any of their affiliated businesss in the future. So much for their deep insight into the value of true customer service.
