Steve and his team are fantastic. Everything was communicated so well and his process working with clients is better than any contractor I've worked with before. He has built 2 decks for us at two different properties and the work is fantastic as well. I would highly recommend Premier Deck!

Premier Deck has an amazing team of workers. They were very knowledgeable about the deck building process and took excellent progress notes that would make the aerospace industry blush. They quickly took down an existing deck I had on the property and the replacement puts the old effort to shame. I would easily recommend their workmanship and effectiveness to my friends when and if they desire a new deck in their lives.

Premier Deck (Steve Kirk and his team) were an absolute pleasure to have on our property to build our new composite deck. If you need a deck, this is your team. They showed up on time every day and the workers were pleasant, courteous and professional. They let our labs hang out with them while they worked and to our surprise, they rehung our kayaks under the new deck for us! The team brings their own port-a-potty and dumpster and they kept the worksite clean, especially our driveway. The work crew always stopped what they were doing to answer questions and they took photos of the daily progress and uploaded them to the online project plan. Steve Kirk has an easy, professional online project plan, you can see the plan/deck build progress and the payment process is easy, clear and online as well. They do a final walk-through at the end to ensure satisfaction with the finished product, they sent a nice thank you gift AND Steve will be back out at the 1 year mark to inspect the deck to ensure everything is as it should be. And we have a warranty. I cannot recommend Premier Deck enough; we're so happy with our new deck and looking forward to our first spring and summer on the deck!

My husband and I had a phenomenal experience working with Steve and the rest of the Premier Deck team. Some of the things that gave us confidence during the planning phase were their responsiveness to complete a site visit and provide a (reasonable) quote within just a few days, and that the contracting terms were clear and fair with a robust paper trail. The team provided great transparency during the project. We especially liked the online portal where daily updates were provided along with photos, along with a summary of what work was to be performed in the coming days. Any delays to the project were minor and communicated in a clear and timely fashion. The team was flexible when additional time was needed to wait for some work to be completed by a plumber. All of the crew members were professional and pleasant. Most importantly, the quality of the work was phenomenal - the deck looks amazing! NOTE: Photo shows project at 95% complete while we waited for the plumber to move an external fixture prior to project completion.
