        I appreciate the refund on the items I preordered that I guess you couldnt fulfill; however an email from your store stating what happened that you couldnt fulfill this order would have gone a long ways. Seems very robotic to me, especially after I came in person on release day to be told the item had not arrived on release day and also made a phone call a few weeks later inquiring about the order. I was assured that you were still waiting on packages from the company and that I would be contacted when that would happen. Lorcana allocations on playmats are low; the fact that up to two per person was allowed online made me suspicious but I still wanted to take a chance. Shame on me. Wont make that mistake again. I want to support my local LGS stores but its getting harder to do that when the approach is Ill take your full payment now, not sure I can even get it, get an interest-free loan for a bit, then return your money. Ill stick to the places that only sell things AFTER they know their allocations. Lesson learned I guess.

      Hello - AS we note on our website, when something is unable to be fulfilled at the distribution level we provide a refund immediately. We included this message in the refund we provided. Orders are filled on a first paid basis. There isn't anything we can do when a manufacturer does not make enough product.
