        I called to ask a question an could instantly tell the woman, Erin I was speaking with was not having a good day. Greeted with an attitude I was immediately caught of guard. After asking my question Erin let me know she was putting me on hold. After a few moments another voice was on the other end, Barbara who was much nicer. She helped point me in the right direction and was very helpful. After calling back to confirm I had received the correct information Erin picked up the phone and I asked if she was having a bad day because I really didn't understand or appreciate why she was being so unkind. She then "put me on hold" but didn't actually so I could hear her talking to other people at the office and it made me seem as though I wasn't telling the truth. After leaving my name and number Barbara called back and apologized because I was correct all along. I am appreciative Barbara was so helpful but hope that Erin looks within herself to treat people she doesn't know with a little more kindness. I'm a new nurse and have been very stressed out because of the state our healthcare system is in and wanted a healthy outlet to release stress. Everyone is going through something and I am debating not going to this facility if I am going to be greeted with unkindness every time I step into the front door of a place that is supposed to help better your body and mind. Very disappointed in this experience.

        Never had any lanes available for swimming and no timeline was ever given for when reservation-only pool use would be ending. Charged me for a full extra month when I never used the facility in the 16 days I had a membership. Never had a negative experience with any other Y chapter I've been a member of.

        Rundown.  Very dated.  Hard to schedule swimming lane and front desk goes out of their way to make it unsafe and unpleasant experience.  Cheri at front desk is always in a foul mood and takes it out on members
