I had been trying to replace a hand held shower head for my claw foot tub I purchased many years ago, and called several places, and spoke with different representatives with no success.
My issue was not resolved, even after I spent plenty of time taking pics and finding part numbers which I shared. Brenden of the Granite Group, stuck with me, and was able to replace the correct part after putting in the effort of repeated attempts with the company. I would do business with him again in a heartbeat, knowing he has my best interests in mind and will do whatever is in his power to get the job done. Hope to see him soon when we undertake a bathroom renovation. Feels great to have a functioning unit again. Wish there were more folks with his level of conscientious energy out there. Much gratitude.
