Just a great team and facility. David and Gretchen have been wonderful humans and knowledgeable skilled providers while helping me with my ankle avulsion fracture/sprain recovery. For a motivated active person like me they were perfect. After the initial visit explaining the underlying mechanics of my issue and teaching me exercises they spent each session working through my specific questions and concerns in the office while letting me work hard on my own time using an online portal with my assigned exercises and all the information at my disposal. As a result I feel like my recovery has been maximized and I've learned a lot along the way that will help me stay safe and healthy.

I was a patient of David's this year and when I began I was unable to move without pain. After his extreme patience with me and treatments for several weeks I am much better. I am now able to do some home physical therapy I was taught so I don't get into pain again. Everyone there is so great and I couldn't recommend them more!

The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and always very kind. Dave is a fantastic physical therapist -- I actually looked forward to my appointments! It's been a couple of months and since I "graduated" PT and I genuinely miss getting to chat with him. Definitely recommend ProCare for physical therapy, though I will admit scheduling was sometimes a bit difficult because Dave is rightfully high in demand! The staff was typically able to resolve any scheduling issues, and I was always able to get an appointment when I needed one.

I received excellent hand therapy for @12 weeks at ProCare, after a painful right wrist fracture and surgery. Lisa Fernandez is an excellent occupational therapist, and she made my visits very informative and an all-around pleasant experience. I highly recommend her and her co-worker, Lisa Burke. They are both very dedicated professionals!

I was involved in a vehicle accident which required hand PT. Cindy Lavigne was the individual I worked with and she was absolutely fantastic. Empathetic, caring, and willing to listen. So why the one star review? During every PT appointment this facility had her working on at least 2-3 individuals simultaneously. Care involved sitting at a semi-circular table with all the patients on the outside and Cindy sitting on the opposite side trying to tend to everyone. I was alarmed but continued to go because of its proximity to my workplace but had I known better, I would have sought better treatment at a different facility. Of the 1/2 hour sessions of hand therapy I was allotted, maybe 10 to 15 minutes were actually devoted to one-on-one care. Of course, my insurance was billed the full time and in my opinion, that is borderline fraud. I ended up taking my care into my own hands following the final round of PT and thankfully am doing much better. However I am not 100% and unlikely to ever be. Had I gone to a medical provider that understands medicine is most successful in a one on one environment, it's possible I would have had better results. Other reviewers appear to be pleased with their experience and that's great to hear. However, I cannot in good conscience recommend this business unless you are content with the revolving door approach to medicine which appears to be taking on a stronger and stronger role in the medical sector. To be crystal clear, CIndy was a great care provider doing her best in a stressful situation imposed on her by what I can only imagine was increased pressure from those who simply demand additional profit at the expense of my personal health and CIndy's apparent workload. For the record, I am a highly active adult male who exercises regularly and eats a predominantly organic diet. I would avoid this business and seek treatment elsewhere if at all possible. My experience was exemplary of the profit-focused approach to medicine that (sadly) many are forced to deal with - myself included.
