They charge an outrageous 40$ fee for any item which shows up on the receipt as a 'storage fee' after 30 days. I picked up my item before the storage fee date and was still charged 40 dollars. I only received a 200 dollar loan a 20% interest is highway robbery. Owners are not friendly, very unprofessional and rude. I pawned a 1100 dollar guitar and only got 200 dollars and had to pay the 40 dollar charge 2 days after....very misleading.

Won't go there again the young kid working so rude didn't get halfway up to the counter and the kid was like won't take that. He didn't want to see what I was trying to get money for. Then got to the counter and he did not want to see what it was. It was only a portable DVD player and still he told me they didn't want to take it.

I’ve been doing business with these folks for 25 years. They are highly ethical, family run business. They are always fair with me, and have never , “under valued” the items I’ve brought in to borrow against it or sell to them. I was in today to do business, again; it was the same excellent service. I have to add too, it’s always clean and organized, and they exceed the covid-19 protocol, in entering their store, and doing business safely. Upon my return home from there, this morning; I felt very inclined to come onto Google, and commend them on the way they do business. I value and appreciate the business relationship I have at GP&T, in Portsmouth, NH., and I highly recommend them. 🙏🏻👍🇺🇸
