Judy is the best. I never thought I would want to write a glowing review about a loan agent, but Judy definitely deserves it. Judy has definitely made my life easier in the home buying process. She ensures that we exactly understand all the complicated terms and available options. I learnt a lot during this process. She always takes the calls or ensures to follow up immediately. She does not try to rush calls and sees to it that we are well informed. Within a year after our purchase, she followed up as soon as the rates fell and provided us options to smoothly refinance. Home buying and refinancing are definitely complex processes. It helps a lot when you are working with someone whom you can trust.

My fiance and I just closed on the perfect single family home and have financed it from LoanDepot through Judy's help. We cant say enough positive things about working with Judy. From day one to closing she was extremely responsive via email and phone. She has to be the most responsive and patient person on this planet. As first time home buyers this was completely new to us and she patiently went through the whole process, step-by-step, answering all our questions to our satisfaction.
