It has been about 13 years since I have gone through the mortgage process. To try and compare the two, my previous mortgage had been handled by a friend and pretty stressful. Ryan made the process seam amazingly informative and virtually stress free. Don't get me wrong, was there a bump or two, absolutely, and all my doing. Ryan walked me through any issues and made me feel confident the decisions I was making where in the best interest of myself and family. Ryan requested documents, and I provided them immediately or the same day for the most part. That along with his dedication, coordination, and communication led to a fast close that was seamless, and actually before the original expected date. I can't thank Ryan enough for his help getting my family through the process, and would recommend him to anyone in need of his services. We can't wait to move into our new home.
