        Seaweed salad is made with local seaweed. That honestly sounds amazing, but I guess I am not adventurous enough to enjoy it... Had to pick it out of my bowl because I really didn't like it. They also do not have added ingredients in view of the customers so some unfamiliar additives seem less appealing because you don't know what they look like. Tuna seemed fresh and tasted good. Was not a huge fan of the available sauces and toppings. Apple seemed like an interesting addition but the combined flavor profile really did not work for me.

        I come here often, the food is amazing! I get the Northeast chicken bowl w added pineapple and it always hits the spot. Chill environment and it never takes more than 20 minutes even when theyre busy.

      Hi Gerid. Thanks for letting us know about your experience. Yes, the seaweed salad is from MAINE kelp caught right off the coast. It is more of a fermented style of preparation. I agree it’s definitely not like the typical bright green seaweed salad. That version has a lot of preservatives and Dyes, so we opted for a Cleaner, healthier version that goes with most everything else we have on the menu. there are over 20 toppings to choose from so it is fun to try some new things on your bowl! I personally love adding the green apple to my bowl as the crisp citrus flavors can counteract the soy flavors in some of the sauces. feel free to ask for samples of anything on the menu if you’d like to try it first! As well as the sauces, we believe there’s a great distinct flavors in each of the sauces available. It’s great to try them all or get a couple on the side too.
