I worked with Sarah for almost 3 years, and during that time she helped me find myself, and man was I a lost soul. To this day, I continue to learn about myself because of our time together.
As someone with an insecure attachment style and trust issues, she made it easy for me to trust her and open up.
She happens to be a great listener, too.
She helped me conquer my social anxiety, increase my self-esteem tenfold, and rid the idea of expecting perfection from myself. I'm happy to get 999 out of 1,000 things correct, whereas before I wasn't. Sarah didn't just help me grow up, she helped me grow.
I also have hyperactive ADHD, so I talk a lot . My brain also gets distracted easily. Not once, in all the time that I worked with her, did she ever forget what I was saying, even when I did. She could quote me up until the point that my brain went blank. I've had other therapists, so I know that this is a rare trait.
Sarah is professional, yet very warm, caring, and patient. She created a safe environment for me to work in, and some of that safety came from her being punctual. In the time that we worked together, she was only late getting me one time, (2 minutes, lol), and she apologized for it.
I would recommend Sarah to anyone I knew who was in need of therapy.
