I couldnt love this place more! They do absolutely everything! Ive loved all the classes Ive tried at Mission Portsmouth. All the instructors have amazing energy and the vibes in the studios are just immaculate! Special shout-out to Lauren, Michael, Alexa and Alison! Their classes are always next level challenging, yet so fun! The instructors are upbeat, supportive, positive, and passionate about fitness. I love the rotating schedule because Ive had the chance to try so many different types of classes. My favorites are power yoga, barre, hot mat Pilates, Bosu, and Glutes! Love love love and cannot recommend this studio enough!

I have just started my adventure of getting in shape. My better half has been doing spin classes here for a while and I decided to try some classes (after many times of wifey asking) I am very happy to have started. The trx strength class was intense but fun. I tried the weights lift and that I enjoyed and excited to try row next!! Everyone who is looking for classes with great trainers should look into Mission!!!

Cannot say enough good things about MISSION! I started at MISSION in 2019 and have never looked back. What keeps me going are the variety of classes offered each week and the awesome instructors. The classes are grouped: Strength, Cycle, Barre and Yoga with different classes offered in each group (e.g. Strength - ROW, Barre - Tone, Yoga - Sculpt, etc.). In addition to the regular classes there are fun themed classes, and classes that support local charitable organizations, too! The class schedule is different each week, but every day there are classes offered early in the morning (5:45/6am), mid morning (7-9am), lunchtime, and afternoon/evening (4-5:45pm). There are even classes on the weekends. No matter your schedule, you can find a time to make it to MISSION. I love that they have an app which makes it easy to schedule and plan out classes each week. Personally, Ive done home based workouts, Planet Fitness, 1:1 training, classes at other gyms, and nothing compares to how I feel after working out at MISSION. If you want a class-based gym with highly engaging and enthusiastic instructors who will push you to achieve your highest fitness potential, literally the cleanest facilities Ive ever seen at a gym, an in-house cafe for a post-workout smoothie (Nourish), classes that are so fun they sometimes make you forget youre working out, and a truly wonderful community, come to MISSION. This is a gym focused on making you both physically and mentally STRONG. Even if you are just starting out on your workout journey, the top notch instructors at MISSION always offer modifications that will make you feel confident completing the class. Not to mention, the rest of the team in class will be there to cheer you on! I could go on, but why dont you check it out yourself? If youre a cardio-loving dancing queen, try Cycle. If you want to push yourself to the limit and feel sore af the next day, try any of the Strength classes. Barre and Yoga tend to be a little lighter, focused on smaller muscle groups, but are sneaky tough and you will be feeling it! I promise you wont regret trying MISSION :)

This studio is amazing!! The staff and other members help to make every minute in the studio fun. It is unbelievably clean, all of the equipment is provided, and the variety of classes (cycle, strength, barre, Pilates, yoga) has helped me become stronger than I have been in a really long time. Couldnt recommend enough to seacoast residents or visitors looking to get a sweat in!
