The team of Zack F., Gage H., Jim G., and Alex G. did an awesome job removing my carpet, baseboards, tack strip etc.over my radient heated floors. They were very timely, easy to talk to, and answered all the questions I had. They did a great job prepping for install of new floor tmrw.! They listened to my concerns about where to place the products, came up with good options, were fast and polite. Overall- I was very pleased with their service. Jon and Nick refinished my family room floor and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Jon as he is experienced and has tremendous pride in the quality outcome of his work. Lauren in the office was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this team of experienced professionals.

Last Friday I found myself in an unfortunate situation, my SUV ran out of gas right before arriving at the gas station. I was SO CLOSE. Immediately threw my hazards on and jumped out to try and push it out of the road. People were honking their horns, yelling for me to get out of the way- I was practically in tears. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a big white box truck Portsmouth Quality Flooring, instantly stop, throw on their hazards and two young gentlemen without hesitation jumped out and sprang right into action. They pushed my car right to the gas pump. I was so incredibly thankful and flustered that although I said thank you I did not ask them their names. I immediately called to rave about how PQF has some of the best employees and how they went above and beyond for me in my time of need. So from the bottom of my heart, Thank you Mark & Jason for being so genuine and kind. You didnt have to stop, but you did and that speaks volumes. I have been spreading the word about how impressed I was and I certainly will choose to use Portsmouth Quality Flooring any time I need flooring work done. Hands down. Thank you, so very much.
