I cannot say enough about Portsmouth community acupuncture! Emily is not just an amazing acupuncturist she is a kind, caring, lovely person as well. As someone with lupus and fibromyalgia it is essential for me to receive these treatments in order to stay off pharmaceutical drugs. Even with Covid, I feel that Emilie has gone above and beyond CDC guidelines/measures to keep her patients safe. I look forward to my treatment every week not only to see Emily, but because the space is so lovely and calming. I fall asleep every time (what we call an AcuNap!). As a breast cancer survivor I have had many many years of needles and hate them all, but for some reason the tiny acupuncture needles do not bother me whatsoever So if this is whats stopping you from trying acupuncture, just go for it!

A wonderful spot and resource for Portsmouth! Emily is fantastic, caring and very knowledgeable. She really helped me at a time when my PTSD would not let me sleep. I will always be thankful for Portsmouth Community Acupuncture.

I will admit to being skeptical before my first appointment... could I really get the same quality of care in a group setting and at a lower cost? After several appointments-- emphatically yes! Emily is wonderful and the space is relaxing and intimate. Emily remembers me and my symptoms at every appointment and adjusts according to my needs. Most importantly, I have experienced a lot of relief! I started going to PCA for pregnancy related concerns like carpal tunnel and sciatic pain. The acupuncture combined with some other simple strategies has made a huge improvement in my comfort and daily life. I know I will continue to seek treatment at PCA throughout my pregnancy and beyond!
