        One star for friendly staff, but not recommended due to lack of personalized service and poor dental work. Procedures caused weeks of pain afterwards, suggesting potential need for redoing costly work. Billing and insurance claims process frustrating, with lack of communication and unexpected escalation to collections without prior notice (while I was initiating communication to resolve and working with insurance provider to resubmit the claim). Additionally, experienced appointment cancellations and inflexibility (by the practice). Overall, while staff is pleasant, dentistry quality is lacking, and management is unprofessional.
