Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

Went to the office in Plaistow and after was all said and done there were a few things that didn't seem correct. I then consulted with jackson hewitt in Lawrence and they confirmed there was something wrong and they would have to redo it for me. I then called the plaistow location asking for a refund to no avail. I would not go to the plaistow location ever again and will continue to use the lawrence location. The staff in lawrence is top notch UPDATE: No one i speak with ever makes any progress on refunding me my money for paying tax services that were done totally incorrectly. Was told I would get a call back which never happened. They have all their "gaurentees" that mean nothing and good luck getting in contact with someone. With the times we are in it is sad to see such poor treatment of costomers by taking their money to provide improperly filed taxes. Cannot recommend to avoid this branch and all associated with it enough. A year later still nothing these guys are crooks who don't care about anything ither than money. They cant even uphold their own money back guarantee. Everyone involved in this location shouldn't be allowed to be in business

Had a very positive experience with a young CPA. She was efficient and pleasant to speak with. She asked all the appropriate questions and helped me receive the maximum refund for both State and Federal. I would gladly use Jackson Hewitt services again.
