Was a client for many years. I had an incident where I was accused of being in an accident which I wasnt. The agency and Safety Insurance totally neglected to represent me and I had to hire a lawyer at an expensive cost to clear my name. The agency did nothing with Safety to gather the facts and fight the charges. After spending a lot of money, having many appointments with my lawyer, and many court hearings, I was finally cleared. All because the only witness they had was a guy that thought I hit the other car which never happened. The Joseph Hills Agency never defended me with Safety Insurance and hung me out to dry.
