        Becareful with their return policy. Unlike 99% of other retailers they can't return the item using the card that was used for purchase. We bought an item there for a present and it was defective so we were just looking to exchange it for a working one but we don't save receipts because we always have the card that was used.

        The employee who rang me up was rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her conversation with another employee when I came to the register. Ill go to a different Hallmark from now on.

        I love the store and the employees qere great. However, I found that most items qere more on the pricey end. If you can afford to splurge then this place is for you. They have such a wide arrangement of items and of good quality.
