The customer service and language received from this business is absolutely apauling. The lack of professionalism and the vulgar language from not only the driver but the woman answering the phones is just unbelievable. We will not use this company ever again, nor we will recommend them. And to think, if they act like this with simple things like communicating, how will they act when a patient who they are transporting is difficult or upsets them. What an awful awful experience.
