Absolutely terrible communication with this woman. My significant other and I (through our realtor) put in an offer on a new construction condo in Peterborough (Trails Edge) on Tuesday and here it is Saturday, and we still dont know the status. Does not return messages, phone calls, etc. We are VA buyers who have 775-800 credit scores and are approved for double the amount of the condo. It would be nice to know yes or no instead of left wondering if she is holding out for an offer with conventional financing/cash. Truly unprofessional and flat out rude behavior in my opinion. This is what gives agents a bad reputation and contributes peoples negative view of the field. I will be filing a complaint with the State.

She is the most amazing realtor ever!! Pays close attention to details, care about clients, and has many connections. She is a fierce negotiator and advocated on our behalf. I have very much enjoyed working with her.

Sadie has handled multiple transactions for my business and me personally and she is extremely professional, detail oriented and client focused. More importantly, she also genuinely cares for each of her clients and wants nothing but what is best for them. Sadie is hands down the best realtor, period.
