        We needed a very specific size and type of glass for a bathroom renovation. Communication was excellent; we were able to go back and forth via email and had an order placed within a week. They were able to provide us with a few different options with different price points, all very reasonable. Once the glass arrived we were able to pick it up and install it ourselves easily. We will definitely be using R&D again in the future - we're already planning to reach out to them about replacing the glass in some older windows next year. Edited to add photos!

        I have used this business twice. Both times the lady on the phone took time to answer all of my questions and was very helpful. The work they did once on a glass door and once on a screen door were great. Highly recommend!
