    My son bought his first car here from Joao. He was easy to work with and super friendly. 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Car was in great shape! New engine from dealership. He had new tires and brakes with Inspection ready to go same day we test drove it. The price was great as well. I will return for my next used car.

    My son purchased a 2018 Ford Focus on the Last week of October 2023. Three weeks later the transmission completely failed. It cost him $5,100 to repair. He called J & E AutoMall several times, but they never returned one of them. He bought car for $9,500 dollars and now added $5,100 to it. In the end, his car really cost him $14, 600. When we bought the car customer service was easy and pleasant to deal with, but the lack of response over a major issue with the car he was sold was not what I was expecting and very disappointing. A call back can go a long way.

    I purchased a car from Joao a couple weeks ago. The car was beautiful and clean when I picked first looked at it. My dad came with me and noticed rust on the break plates so Joao changed them and did another service to the vehicle before I came to pick it up when he noticed it looked worn. I appreciated the honesty and willingness to fix things on the car. He was very kind and waived the dealer fee for me.

    I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica 2017 at the end of November 2023. However, by mid-January 2024, the car encountered a significant issue: it refused to start for no apparent reason. The Pacifica had to be towed to the service center for the replacement of the engine starter. Initially, this seemed to resolve the issue, but shortly after, the Pacifica once again failed to start. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the starter had malfunctioned again. The service center attributed this to a faulty replacement starter from the supplier and promptly installed another one. Unfortunately, the new starter only provided a temporary fix, as the Pacifica failed to start after just two hours. Upon the third towing to the service center and a more thorough examination, it was revealed that there was a serious issue with the engine: oil and coolant had mixed inside the engine compartment, causing the oil to become white instead of its usual light yellow transparency. This indicated a problem with the engine gasket rather than just the starter. It was evident that the car had been sold with an overheated engine by Joeo Auto Mall. To address the issue, the service center offered to replace the entire engine for $5,000. Additionally, I had already incurred costs for the starter replacement and diagnostics, amounting to $900, as well as $300 for the three separate towing services. Overall, I cannot recommend Joeo Auto Mall to anyone, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the purchase of what was supposed to be a reliable family car.

I recall receiving a voicemail from him, and I acknowledge that I did not promptly return his call due to other pressing matters that required my attention. If he had made further attempts to reach out to us, I believe we could have had a meaningful conversation. Typically, I am diligent in answering calls and providing assistance. While I couldn't extend financial support due to the absence of a warranty, I may have been able to reduce costs associated with labor and parts, as I have access to more affordable options. However, it was incumbent upon him to persist in his pursuit and make additional contact attempts, which unfortunately did not occur. Hello, I’m sorry for the issues that you encountered with your vehicle, it is unfortunate that you had to deal with such, but it’s also inconvenient that few months later you blame us for it, you bought the car in November, 2 months later you had issues with it, obviously it’s not our fault or responsibility for it. Not to mentioned that you’ve never left us a good review while the car was fine and you were happy with it and said how, we gave you a great discount on the price and you took the vehicle fully functional, inspected and without any problems from our facility. Also you didn’t try to contact us, which I’m sure that we could possibly had helped you with lowering your repair cost. Ofcourse now that something happened you take your time to leave a bad review as most people do. Anyways I wish you the best. God bless
