New England Truckmount

Purchasing a Truckmount from New England Truckmount was the single biggest mistake of my business career. Not only did they take an inordinate amount of time to complete the work, they could not complete the job properly. I purchased a brand new truck and clean co truckmount. After receiving the incomplete install (they could not get the heat to function after 37 days), my brand new truck started throwing belts while driving. I had to have the truck towed multiple times. This was because they cut the bushing off of the pulley they had to replace to install the drive shaft. Not only did they take an way too long to perform the install, the owner Brian did not take this seriously at all. He chose to share stories of his vacation to Italy instead of apologizing for the delay, which was solely due to his incompetence. In the end I took the truck to a company that had literally never seen a truckmount before and they were able to disassemble the install, diagnose the problem, machine make parts to replace the damaged parts caused by Brian and his "technicians," then reinstall the truckmount all within a two week period. Since then, the truck and truckmount worked flawlessly. The machine had to be moved an entire inch backwards in order to allow the shaft enough room to be properly installed. This was no years ago and the reason I've waited until now to leave this review is because I was going to sue for the thousands upon thousands of dollars that Brian's incompetence cost me. I did not follow through with this because I did not have the money to hire a lawyer and I couldn't invest anymore time and headaches into this. However, at this time I have decided that the story needs to be told. Do yourself a favor and purchase a truckmount from anywhere else.

Brian and his crew got me out of a difficult jam they helped me find a vintage waste tank For my truck mount Saving me thousands of dollars in the process. He also offered his services over the phone to help me Unseized my blower in my truck mount, Again saving me big money . I can't say enough about this crew.
