We are building a new home and have 5 laborers on a project this morning. Our tractor broke, we called the dealership and without skipping a beat they said come right down we will have it fixed for you!! Amazing customer service! Ralph and I highly recommend united Ag & Turf!!!

It's been quite a while since I've had the service, communication and customer experience that this particular store and crew provided me and my company and crew. Jess and Madison in parts went above and beyond like it was just what they do. My extensive parts order was completed thoroughly and in a timely fashion, it was complete and correct. The customer service these two woman provided was beyond explanation. They are an asset to their customers and their company that I've found unparalleled in a very long career being a mechanic. If their bosses see this, I hope you appreciate them and do whatever it takes to keep them because they alone will keep you in business. I've told all my coworkers and my company about this experience and I hope to do more business with them solely based upon the service these 2 have provided. The men in the service department working on equipment did an awesome job with my equipment helped me out and it was all done with smiles and laughs and just awesome guys love dealing with them

Super impressed with the quality of their problem solving efforts in trying to diagnose something wrong with my mower. Staff was persistent and committed to fixing the issue.
