I hired the wrong company. These guys are a waste of time. They would not show up when scheduled twice. No calks, emails, or texts. Just no show. Twice! I should have pulled the plug and been happier. They finally show up. The guys did a good job other then one of the guys lugs a log to a tree they are cutting down. Odd I thought but whatever. They finish and leave and there is the log. They left it behind. I call and leave a message. Nothing as usual with them the communication is no existent call back the following week. I speak to someone who tells me it will be gone by the end of the week. I pay over the phone. A week later its still here. These folks are terrible to deal with. There are so many tree company's just stay away from Knowles.

Knowles is a great company. They were at my place on Feb 20th to remove some massive trees. The communication is great during the qoute and scheduling process. The price was well worth it. The crew was friendly and professional. They operate like a well oiled machine. The crane operator is like a surgeon with that thing. Clearly they work together often. They show up with serious equipment and they get the job done. What they accomplished in 1 minute would take the average home owner 1 day. They clean up like they weren't even there. Totally please with my experience with Knowles. Vernon

Knowles tree service is top-notch in my opinion seems they have all the equipment then some. getting the work done in a timely fashion with courteous professional employees and an exceptional cleanup. would definitely use them again

Had a large branch fall on our house 24 hours ago and Knowles has already came and went. Amazing job. Amazing crew. Quick and effective. Awesome.
