I work in the food service industry And I am on my feet all day, pair that with life anxieties and you can imagine the way I felt. Tara took the time to work all the knots out and completely relaxed my sore muscles. I have more energy now and look forward to my next visit. The only problem is she books up fast so I have to make an appointment before I leave every time! Thank you again Tara!

Tara is naturally and technically gifted and experienced in not only the scientific and anatomical aspects of massage therapy, and its many modalities, she also has a grounded spiritual and compassionate side and incorporates calming and healing essential oils, heat and cold therapies and ancient healing methods into her practice.
