image the managers sucks, the employers (Sabrina and Mike) sucks too. They dont care about their workers. Not recommended for working.

image Came here after the snow storm. The lift ticket sales person was very friendly. Short lines and fast lifts. The snow was good but the trails were not well groomed, with many bumpy spots and muguls on almost all the trails.

image My tweens did two days of the Kids Rule ski camp as beginner skiers and they had the time of their lives. They went from having never been on skis to getting on the chair lift with ease and gliding down beginner trails. The group lessons program runs for five hours and includes lunch. There were instructors and staff everywhere, all clearly identifiable. I felt very comfortable leaving my children at the mountain after seeing the number of staff members around the program. At the end of both days the instructor gave a recap for each kid and suggested next steps. There was no hard sales pitch for more lessons; it was genuine advice for their development.
Every person I interacted with was friendly and seemed invested in my experience with the program. My kids finished each day with rave reviews for their instructors (special shoutouts to Tom T. and Vincente) and I could not be happier with this program.

image I've been here twice, and this time was the second. Last winter, my best friend and I went here for a few hrs. We had a good time and enjoyed it. Fast forward to 2024, this time around, since the weather and outdoor temperatures played a big impact the black mats at the other end of the tubing hill didn't really prevent kids and the adults from slowing them down. The only and best way to slow down would be to layer the black mats, not align them in a row, and expect guest to show down immediately! The young staff/ employees working should really consider putting sand where it's icy/ hard to walk or salt (meant for ice) there. Icy or not, they should do that vs. repeatedly reminding guests to quickly move out of the way. *How about putting themselves in our shoes and showing a little emotion or concern when someone accidentally falls. Instead, they look/ stare and expect nothing else. As if, when a person falls, you expect them to be okay?! If it's their job to monitor the guest, part of their job description should be the safety of guests when visiting. One would honestly think that for the sake of the employees working outside (in freezing cold temps), and knowing how important it is to keep their jobs, they'd actually have a bit of care, self awareness, and be more attentive. You don't get to stand and chit-chat!!
One of the younger guys working at the top of the hill did his job, but I would rate him a D+. He wasn't an A for effort type of guy. Regardless of who he was, being an introvert or extrovert, his mood/ demeanor/ attitude/ or behavior, etc, imagine how nice he and talkative he would've been. Now I know it's nice to judge, but come on, live a little!! The huge downfall that I don't like one bit (and I know won't change) is being charged close to $50 per person for 2 hrs. That's a bit of a stretch. How about 35 to 40 per person for 2 hours. Maybe even do an hour session somewhere between $20 to $30 per person. While some may not mind spending that money, others may think differently and not like that one bit! Such as myself. The one thing my best friend and I saw in person was a family tubing down altogether. Now, this wasn't a 2-person chain. It was a big family going down in 7 separate snow tubes. First of all, that was obviously not the best idea. Secondly, it wasn't safe, and lastly, one of the family members who "on his own" being careless and not waiting patiently pushed them down within getting ok or approved by a staff member. Actions aside I would've given that family member a good honest talk and safety check! If I was on the job and saw that, I definitely would've had a talk!
