Timberland Outlet - North-Conway

Went into the store, found the style I was looking for. Unfortunately, had to special order the boots.I asked an associate for assistance and I'll tell you something. I had an associate named Mariah LeBrun. I can't remember the last time I had help like this. She went way above and beyond for customer assistance and services. She was simply awesome in every way. Definitely 10 stars as far as my wife and I saw it. Keep up the great work Mariah !!! **(Part 2) We went back to this store again for Black Friday and bought 2 more pairs of boots for Xmas gifts. The associates in the store were just awesome and Mariah assisted again and everything was done just as great the first time. Also, I had help from another associate named Cam, whose friendly demeanor and personality was greatly appreciated. Thanks once again and Happy Holidays to all. 10+ stars!

Pleasant shopping experience. Wide variety of selections & great prices. Welcoming staff. Mariah helped us out so much with picking a few items out & recommending stuff for us. She went above & beyond & we'll e returning to Timberland anytime we are up here in North Conway!

Very good service. They were very knowledgeable on their products and had good recommendations. Granted, they don't have the full inventory that they have online (ie if you want wide width you might need to order online) but it was a good experience and I'd go back. They had good prices for what you get as well.
