        Totally understaff. Don't know if they are right or left handed. Nurse eats while meeting and dosing with you. Urine test disappears in front of staff and patient is blamed. With coronavirus,take homes stopped because staff didn't update phone numbers and patient blamed after everyone's file was just updated. Now, my daughter has to go everyday because of their inconsistent work values. On n on n on....

        The Newington clinic is run very poorly. From the lack of any real counseling to poor attitude of the staff. I was a client and now am drug free and the issues at the clinic was the main reason I got clean and detoxed in six weeks instead of being a slave to their methadone. Go there as a last resort and get out asap. Never Again
