Eversource tree maintenance. They butchered half a dozen of our trees, cutting them back to comical levels, in two cases leaving little more than a trunk. They cut limbs that were on the opposite side of trees from the wires -- limbs that only in a tornado could have been a problem. Even though another company had done maintenance for the power company last year, Asplundh cut back even farther and more aggressively. Asplundh was in our area cutting trees around power lines and while turning around in our driveway they hit our mailbox. They didnt even have the common courtesy to knock on our door to let us know. The only reason I knew it was them is because I noticed the mailbox was leaning so I check our cameras. To make the story short after contacting the power company, manager from Asplundh reached out and said he would come up next week to fix the mailbox. Its been almost 3 weeks and he never called or showed up. Stay away from this business!!

They were doing forced tree maintenance from Avista in my neighborhood... I didn't get enough notice to call a real tree service. Came onto my property while I was working from home and couldn't drop everything to answer the door. Somehow broke into my secured backyard. I'm guessing they climbed over the fence and let themselves in. They took a chunk out of my tree moved sprinklers without putting them back and did a so so job cleaning up. They blocked the street and parked directly in front of driveways 2 days in a row for hours while they stood around and BSd or were nowhere in sight... At one point they were just standing around in my driveway just goofing around no one was working. This may just be a series of job sites to them but they are on people's property, uninvited by the home owners who don't have a choice. show some respect
