      Hello Amber, thank you for your review. At Sullivan Tire our customers safety and satisfaction is our top priority. The only recent invoice I could find was from September 2023. The vehicle was towed in with no gas, upon adding gas the vehicle did start again. We offered to diagnose the vehicle further and advised regarding the condition of the tires. All repairs and diagnostics were declined. We are truly sorry you left feeling that we were not helpful.
