The services were good last year and 2021 was our first year of filing with them. This year the fees increased considerably and we were not told about it before the tax filing. Had no issues paying. Few days later we received a letter from IRS that we owe some amount so we called and were told to email the document. So we scanned and emailed the document. There was no response for weeks to that (ofc the fees were fully paid by then). Then my wife tried to follow up and no call back, then I called and upon asked got harsh response that the IRS is correct. We just wanted a better explanation on how this could be avoided in the future or rather a compassionate response although ended getting a rude response. We seek help from CPAs because we are not good with numbers and to get such a response and treatment, won't recommend such service to anyone.
