        I unfortunately did not get to speak to anyone in the company because when I called I got an agent named Annie, she had such a bad attitude and really did not want to work. I asked her a question and the way she answered was rude. I decided not to go with them due to this, it is a shame because the company may be really good but I will never know due to the agent that I got who just lost a customer for you guys.

        We've been under a classic metal roof for 10 years now, and I continue to be very happy with it. Ours was a fairly complicated job, because we were removing an old asphalt roof, adding significant insulation, and then the metal roof itself. We also wanted to make sure the roof was ready for solar panels, which we finally did install years later. Classic did a great job, and the resulting roof has been worry free ever since.         I'm very happy with my roof that was installed by Classic Metal Roofs. From start to finish the process was very professional. The crew was exceptional. They worked during a very hot spell and did a great job. I continue to get comments from neighbors that walk by, commenting how beautiful the roof looks. Having the snow slide off rather than accumulate on the roof, like the asphalt roofs in the neighborhood, is a relief. I no longer see ice dams. It was an investment well spent.

        I had my roof redone by Classic Metal Roofs and am very pleased with the results. The team worked through the day and did a good job of ensuring the site was clean at the end of each day. There was an issue with the amount of roofing material available to complete the job, but that was resolved within a week and the job completed in a timely fashion. On the whole, my wife and I are very pleased with the results. The snow last winter slid off the roof, meaning no more roof raking for me. The shake design has surprised many people who only think in terms of the raised seam roofing. It's also very quiet in the rain due to the foam insulation installed under the metal roofing material. On the whole, I would recommend Classic Metal Roofs.

      We never spoke with this person nor did we have any interaction. She is commenting on the call center. We have no control over that unfortunately. Our call center has done a great job overall. It's to bad that this person judged our company based on this.

      Thank you for the review of your personal experience with our process. Your project was a challenge, as most older homes are, but it came out beautifully. If you have a picture, please post it. I'm sure people would love to see it. The combination of our high quality standing seam on the porch with the Oxford shingle looks fantastic. Everything is aluminum so it will never rust. Great color choices as well!
