Natural Physique Personnel Trainer

I always think it's a testament to a business how kind they are.  As a diabetic, I need to use a restroom from time to time.  I went in and asked the women, kindly, "hi, would be it ok if I used your restroom" (2 people in this empty gym) and she was pretty rude in saying no.Maybe a good gym but not very kind or generous with the public.Certainly her right, but for me...one star business.

Excellent trainer! Not only can Diane train you on the best techniques to build muscle, she can also coach you on proper nutrition. I highly recommend Diane!

Diane was an incredibly influential person in my life who I will be forever grateful for. She helped me to loose and maintain nearly 50 lbs. She was extremely knowledgeable & balanced in her approach. She really struck a great balance between being motivating and encouraging, but also never never made me feel bad or embarrassed. She helped me to really get over being intimidated by exercise and to gain confidence. She really cares so much, and would often just check in, send little messages of motivation, etc. Unfortunately, I moved and can no longer see her, but I still think often back to the many lessons she taught me. It's worth the investment in your health & wellbeing and Diane is the best of the best!

I've been going here for months and everything has been great. It's not the cheapest thing but I was able to continue anyway. I've lost so much weight and gotten stronger. There is equipment for everything and trainers really make sure you're doing everything correctly so you dont get hurt. Worth it 100%.
