Massage Chairs For Less

I have been calling Scott for a week, no response, no call back. I am afraid he is no longer in business. Does anyone have information?

Love our chair and we have an issue with the music not working in the tablet and they promptly sent out a new SD card

Initially I told everyone it was a good company. That was until my remote got a short in it. I've called 5 times. And sent multiple emails. All have gone unanswered. This company's warranty is garbage if they won't honor it. I am now on a crusade to bury this company to anyone who will listen. They will take your money, but don't want to help once your chair breaks down. My chair is only a little over a year old as of Aug 21.

This has by far been the best massage chair let alone massage I have ever experienced. When Scott the owner who spoke to me and my wife for hours before we purchased said it was the best chair out there, he was spot on! They really mean it when they say we got your back! Thanks so much for making my life better, and pain go away throughout my body! Your chair is the best and your service is by far a model of what other companies should follow to strive for! Thanks again Scott we will get another one from you next year for our second home!

Don't buy from them!!! I am a massage chair technician and I have repaired a lot of different chairs from various companies over the years. These chairs are made with inferior parts that will fail in short time. When the parts fail it will get worse, good luck getting them to stand behind their warranty and even more luck if they can get you the right part, if at all.
