Salon Aria

I visited this salon for the first time about 5 months ago. The experience was so bad i'm still bothered by it. I called and made an appointment and even got text reminders and confirmations, but when i went there she acted like i hadn't set up the appointment properly. I showed the woman my confirmation and she still seemed mad. i said I had called to schedule it and she said "Well you should have done it online". Honestly, accidents happen, i would have been fine if she said they didn't write down my appointment and didn't have time that day. I just wanted a trim. this woman proceeds to insult me the whole time, telling me that i should have had a consultation (?? for a trim??) and that my hair was way too dry and that my color was poorly done. She was so rude to me that the last 10 minutes i was just trying my best not to cry. Another hair stylist came over and tried to say some nice things because I think she could tell this lady was being a jerk. Any nice thing the lady said, my hair stylist would roll her eyes and correct her with another insult. I have no idea why she was so mean, my best guess is that she was mad at me because SHE forgot she had an appointment scheduled. If you haven't been here before and you have dry hair, maybe stay away. they'll make you feel like garbage. The cut was fine at best, spend your money elsewhere. Edit: i should note that it was the OWNER herself who was so awful which is why I couldn't call to complain. Also i don't use my real name online so her comment below doesn't apply. I absolutely went here and had a terrible experience.

I have been a long time client of Sharon at Salon Aria. She has done an amazing job with my hair color. Never looked better. She is also a specialist in Brazilian Blowouts. These blowout treatments are awesome and have lasted me a bit more than three months. The new salon on Main Street is lovely and decorated beautifully. There is plenty of parking. I look forward to many more years of services at Salon Aria. Sharon makes you feel so welcome. I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed. Sarah is awesome! She did an amazing job with my hair and her personality is so fun! Definitely recommend, especially if you have curly hair and are looking for a great stylist.

I have my eye brows done here. The prices are very reasonable. Selena is amazing. The daughter has her hair down here. The salon/spa area is very clean and the staff is very professional and very accommodating. Highly recommend.
