I came here just about everyday before work. Christine is always welcoming and very friendly to talk too. The store is my go to whenever I need something quick.

Went into to the store and met the rudest cashier when I asked for game ORIGINAL flavor and her old self, she got pissed and said " THEYRE ALL GAME" and once I said yeah ORIGINAL is the flavor and pointed to the one I asked for she got pissed and slammed it on the table.

This days 24 hours, but they close at 11. I got there 5 minutes before 11 and the door was already locked and then they shut the lights off on me before getting back into my truck!!!!! WORST SHELL EVER!!!!!

Had a terrible experience on 2/04/24 at 8:49am all thanks to an employee named Heidi. The only good thing she did was tell me her name so she could be held accountable. Customer service 0/10. My experience goes like this. I arrived this morning with no gas in the car and was quite cold outside. So I walk up to the pump and try to use the tap system and it was not working apparently it was giving messages of card chip services unavailable and to see cashier. I saw she had a customer so I just asked if the chip services were down. Heidi replied no so I walk back outside try tap again and the cycle starts over. At this point I just want to put some money on the pump so I can leave. I walk in the store for the second time and say the card reader isnt working. She starts telling me that the tap doesnt work and to insert my card. But since I was inside already I said can I just put money on the pump in here? She replies in a grotesque manor saying can you give me less attitude?. Absolutely shocked and appalled by what she said I instantly turned and walked out to avoid more conflict to witch she yells at a VERY high volume HAVE A NICE DAY. This employee is extremely passive aggressive and trying to instigate a response from me, a customer just trying to put some money on pump 5. After walking outside I finally figure it out out after a few more attempts. It was at this point I decided that I needed to get this employees name as my service was so awful that I will never be returning to this Nouria/shell location. When I went to go get her name she was standing right outside the door puffing away on a cigarette. Was surprised that is allowed in 2024. I left upset about the situation and hope others dont share the same experience.
